From professional experience to technological innovation applied to annual financial statements
The project, originally named C.T. Bilancio, was conceived and created by Maria Vittoria Pegoli and Giuseppe D'Amore and commercialised by Jobpoi Srl.
Bringing together accounting, tax and IT expertise, the tool was developed to make the preparation of annual financial statements simpler, more structured and more reliable. It was designed primarily for chartered accountants, business advisers and finance and administration managers.
Main features
Preparation of the explanatory notes and generation of documents in XBRL format
Tax calculation, including management of IRES and IRAP calculations
Preparation of the cash-flow statement according to the OIC 10 format
Reclassification of financial statements and calculation of profitability, balance-sheet and financial ratios
Calculation of business-crisis indicators and ROL, together with the management of interest expense
Preparation of corporate templates, reports and minutes for the approval of annual financial statements
The most recent versions also included ACE calculations, the regional allocation of IRAP and management of the Biennial Tax Settlement (Concordato Preventivo Biennale).
The evolution of the project
Starting from the original solution, a version designed for the SAP environment was also developed and subsequently commercialised through a distributor specialising in SAP solutions.
A project born from complementary expertise
The project is the result of collaboration between two complementary professional profiles, continued over time through Jobpoi Srl, an innovative start-up specialising in software solutions.
